The Denver Health Medical Plan, Inc. (DHMP) offers two Medicare Advantage plans -- both with Medicare Part D coverage.
Medicare Choice(HMO) is a special needs plan for those eligible for both Medicare and Medicaid benefits.
Medicare Select(HMO) is for all people with Medicare and individuals who qualify for Medicare Savings and Extra Help.
